MISSION:

Simply Different, Inc. is a non-profit corporation dedicated to helping children. Our priority is to improve the quality of life for children throughout the area. Through donations, sponsorships and fundraising events we distribute goods and sponsor events to improve children's quality of life and prepare them for their future.

GOAL:

Our goal is a simple one: to help children with an emphasis on children from the inner-city. We want to provide goods and services to these children to improve their lives and motivate them to grow into responsible and productive citizens.

OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of Simply Different, Inc.  are to help children              throughout  the area grow and mature to play an active role in society. Our children are our nation's most important resource and one that must not be ignored. The programs and goods provided by Simply Different, Inc. are design to encourage these children to stay in school, have stimulating and educational after school activities and become productive members of society.

PHILOSOPHY

We feel that for an organization to be successful it must operate with small overhead, using volunteers and corporate partners for materials, goods, sponsorship and time. We are not a social club, we are an organization which makes a strong impact on the children of our communities. We strive to keep the costs low and returns high to assure that as much money as possible goes to the children.

ACTIVITIES:

Simply Different, Inc. is currently holding an Annual Summer Activity for children which provides them with recreational activities and gives them items that are essential for the coming school year. We would also like to begin providing after school and year round educational activities for the children to teach them essential skills to improve their lives. We would like to provide among other activities, computer education courses and home economics courses. Simply Different, Inc. is also interested in obtaining a location to provide year round recreational and educational activities for the children.
